clients knew that they wanted a commercial spot, but
had no idea of what it should look like.

to guide them as they made decisions without pushing
them into something that they didn't want.

The
Process:
|
|
We
started out very simply by asking them questions that
revealed important clues about the way that they viewed
themselves and their practice. After getting a feel
of what their demographic might be, we offered them
the first version of our scripted concept. With only
moderate changes in wording, the concept was eagerly
accepted. They approved of our first choice in casting
and shooting began as soon as the doctors had space
in their schedules.
